How Can We Help?
Exeter Citizens Advice Bureau is a generalist advice and information service. We can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent information and advice on a huge range of subjects. We also offer some specialist advice services including Money advice and Welfare benefits.

We can work with you to sort out any debt worries or help you claim any benefits you may be entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems, or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration, and we have lots of experience on family and personal matters too.

Appointments
All new clients coming to the bureau now receive a short assessment interview. During the assessment interview the assessor establishes what services best suit the client’s needs. This may lead to the provision of information for the client, a telephone call back, or a telephone or face-to-face appointment with an adviser.(see below).
